Jin Min Lee joined MAHA in August 2025 after serving as Homeownership and Counseling Programs Manager at Allston Brighton CDC. She was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to the United States at the age of four: although English is her now-dominant language, she continues to understand and speak Korean. Jin Min has been a Boston resident for most of her adult life. After graduating cum laude from Wellesley College, she has served in direct service, consulting and management roles in community- and faith-based nonprofits in the Boston area for over twenty years. She began her direct service career in legal aid and youth development, specifically working with low-moderate income BIPOC and immigrant high school students and their families to access higher education opportunities. Throughout her career, she has sought to build bridges of access and relationship between communities of resource and those of need.
