MAHA is hiring a Director of Homeownership Education and Operations to join our leadership team!

Of the 55 CRA ratings awarded to Massachusetts banks during 2025, sixteen (29%) were "Outstanding," according to the annual CRA Ratings of Massachusetts Banks, Credit Unions, and Licensed Mortgage Lenders report by the Massachusetts Affordable Homeownership Alliance (MAHA). This percentage is higher than the average percentage of "Outstanding" ratings over the previous five years (18.8%) and over the previous ten years (15.6%). 

Celebrate 40 years of breaking down barriers to affordable homeownership!

Join us on October 22nd for a night of reflection, celebration, and looking to the future. The night will begin with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner, great speakers and the opportunity to bid on exciting packages during a live auction. 

Early Bird tickets are on sale now until August 31st for $250 a ticket, after which tickets will be $275 a ticket.

Legacy of Home: MAHA's 40th Anniversary Gala

In our first big community organizing event since 2020, over 850 MAHA members and friends packed the Reggie Lewis Athletic Center on Tuesday night to ask Mayor Michelle Wu and one of her challengers Josh Kraft for commitments to fund homeownership programs and build affordable homes if they are elected in the November.
