Homeownership University℠ - Homebuyer 101 Online Course

MAHA's online First Time Homebuyer Class is offered in partnership with Framework.

It consists of two parts:

An online course called Framework which costs $75.

An in-person/virtual session where you get local updates and answers to your questions which costs $25.

You get your certificate, which is good for three years, after completing BOTH.

See below to choose your in-person/virtual session and complete the $25 registration. After registering you will get a link to register for the $75 Framework course. You must register for both.

Please note, you must attend MAHA's in-person/virtual Zoom workshop.

Framework: 02-13-2025

MAHA offers a self-paced Homebuyer course in partnership with the national platform, Framework.
This course consists of 2 parts: (1) the online modules that you will complete through Framework and (2) a live virtual session with a MAHA Homeownership Advisor.

Register here for the live virtual session that will take place over Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a link to sign up for the Framework modules.
The Framework modules cost $75, and the live virtual session with a MAHA Homeownership Advisor costs $25.
