MAHA's online First Time Homebuyer Class is offered in partnership with Framework.
It consists of 2 parts:
- An online course called Framework which costs $75.
- A video conferencing session where you get local updates and answers to your questions which costs $25.
You get your certificate, which is good for three years, after completing BOTH.
See below to choose your video conference session and complete the $25 registration. After registering you will get a link to register for the $75 Framework course. You must register for both. Please note, your video conference session will take place via Zoom which you can participate in by computer, tablet or phone.
