The Boston Future Leaders program's "Wicked Problems" event inspired Kadeja to join the effort to fight systemic racism in our community. Driven by her passion for making a difference in the impact of redlining on communities of color, Kadeja served as co-chair of the STASH Advisory Board for MAHA for 2 years prior to joining MAHA's board. Kadeja currently works for Nike within their larger Insights, Data Science and Analytics efforts to drive better decision-making and execution through data. Originally from Georgia, Kadeja currently lives in Sudbury with her husband, Jean, and her two step children.
