Grady Eason is a Dorchester resident and dedicated labor organizer who serves as a Business Representative for the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters. His commitment to building strong communities extends beyond his union work—he is a Trustee on both the CLMP Board and the Local 327 Executive Board.

Grady's connection to MAHA is deeply personal. In 2010, he became a first-time homeowner through MAHA's homebuyer programs, an experience that transformed his life and inspired his ongoing commitment to expanding access to affordable homeownership for working families.

In addition to his organizing and board work, Grady is a small business owner in Boston, bringing an entrepreneurial perspective to his community advocacy. His diverse experience as a union leader, homeowner, trustee, and business owner makes him a valuable voice for MAHA's mission of creating pathways to homeownership and economic stability.
