1. Must have graduated from MAHA's First Time Homebuyer Education Course

2. Must have at least a 580 Credit Score.

3. Willing to attend this 2-hour workshop IN PERSON at MAHA office

4. Required to complete 4 one on one counseling sessions to improve credit score
