• celebrating the first MAHA Board Member to be an elected to the Boston City Council: Kenzie Bok
• honoring MAHA's HomeSafe Program Manager - Jorge Casas - who is retiring after 18 years working at MAHA and educating 1000's of homeowners.
• increasing the CPA match - a state house victory,
• sending a Home Rule Petition up to the state house that will give Boston the authority to increase funds developers pay for affordable housing and job training - a Boston City Council and Mayoral victory.
