This mandatory 6-hour course is essential for all participants, irrespective of the advice received from third-party insurance agents. To secure the Homesafe certificate, attendees must be present throughout the entire course.

Designed to cater to existing homeowners as well as those who aspire to own a home in the future, this course is open to all who wish to participate. What's more, this class comes at no cost to attendees. Moreover, the curriculum meets the criteria for the MHP One Mortgage Landlord Course. As the session concludes, a specialized landlord training will be conducted by a seasoned attorney.
